It was very silent today at Store Faerder. We had very few birds in the nets and we banded the following birds; 4 willow warblers, 1 reed bunting, 1 greenfinch, 1 linnet and the total of the birds sums up to 1007. I also spotted a peregrine falcon flying towards the south of the island. Not forgetting the kestrel that was hovering right next to the house.

Faerder is the most beautiful national park where you can venture and see a wide variety of bird species. I have had such a nice time here and I hope to come back here one day.

Bye for now.
